These prices are for our standard cloth. Johnny also keeps finer fabrics, and with those a suit can cost up to three times as much. Every price below is a starting point for that garment.
Prices are per garment and include the cloth, every fitting and alterations before you collect. A 50 percent deposit confirms the order. this prices are based on standard quality fabrics. of cource we have a greater variety

The cloth
A tropical wool, a linen and a cashmere blend sit at very different prices. We tell you what a cloth is made of and what it weighs, so you can compare like with like.

The construction
A fused front is glued. A half or full canvas is stitched, and holds its shape for years longer. It is the largest difference you cannot see on the day you collect.

The details
The lining, the buttons, the pockets and the other choices you make for your suit. We go through them with you, and each one is in the written quote.

Common questions about our prices
Why can the same suit cost more?
Mostly because of the cloth. The prices on this page are for our standard cloth. A finer wool or a cashmere blend costs more, and with the best fabrics Johnny keeps, a suit can cost up to three times as much. The details you choose add to the price as well. You get the full price in writing before anything is cut.
Do you charge for extra fittings?
No. Fitting time is built into the price. Once you have ordered, you can come back as many times as your schedule allows before you collect.
How do I pay?
A 50 percent deposit when you order, which commits the cloth, and the rest when you collect.
Will I get the price in writing?
Yes. At the first appointment we go through cloth, construction and timing, and finish with a written quote before anything is cut.
Why does a suit on Bangla Road cost less?

David provides a 5-star service and care. He takes the time to explain all options and provides so many customised options. Never tries to push or convenience you to buy something you don’t want. This is the only shop in town if you want quality and the right fit.
My partner Richerd purchased a suit and two shirts from David. I have to say David's expertise and styling advice was fabulous. He was patient and knowledgeable, and the tailors are exceptional at their craft. We have used other tailors on previous trips, however New David Jone is far and away the best we have used in Phuket.
It was amazing experience. Johnny was very friendly, helpful and adjusted as many times as we wished. He also helped to chose the cut and materials. The quality is very nice, we even ordered more items. It is not the cheapest in Padong but you get a real quality and still you pay less then of shelf of fast fashion in Europe. I definitely recommend!
